The idea

Payments start as a feature. Then they become a business.

A PSP makes it possible to launch fast. As payment volume and complexity grow, platforms need more control over pricing, merchant operations, providers, payouts and financial records.

01 / ECONOMICS

Know who earns what.

Bring fee logic, commissions, partner terms and settlement data into a payment model that finance can explain.

02 / OPERATIONS

Connect the work behind a payment.

Link onboarding, risk workflows, disputes, payouts, ledger and reconciliation across the systems your team uses.

03 / FLEXIBILITY

Choose your next step.

Keep a PSP-led model, add orchestration, or build the operating foundation for PayFac or Merchant of Record arrangements.

Founded by payment builders

Experience from payment rails to platform operations.

Ori Hay and Adi Ekshtain founded Amaryllis in 2011 after building payment systems across acquiring, gateways and early mobile payments. They saw companies repeatedly rebuilding the same infrastructure and set out to make that foundation reusable.
